Jeremy joined the Engel & Völkers Atlanta Brokerage in April of 2019 and has over ten+ years of residential Real Estate experience. In 2013, at nineteen years of age, Jeremy became one of the youngest agents to achieve Million Dollar Club status with The Atlanta Board of Realtors. He now is a life member, qualifying every single year he has been in Real Estate and a Phoenix award recipient . Jeremy is business partners with Julian Rather (The Intown Advisors Team) and they have worked together since Jeremy established his Real Estate license. The focus of their business is the “Intown” condominium marketplace. Jeremy has the designation of “Condominium Sales Specialist” and brings a great scope of experience in Condominium sales to both his buyer and listing clients.
In Jeremy’s first two years in Real Estate he was extensively involved in the management of Freddie Mac REO inventory in Douglas and Paulding counties. This experience has provided him with special insight in securing investor/rental properties for his investor clients. Jeremy brings a combination of enthusiasm and work ethic to his Real Estate practice. He coordinates his schedule with Julian so that one of them is always available to meet with a client or show a property. Jeremy puts his clients directly in the center of the buying and selling process keeping them updated and informed from start to finish. Customer care and putting his clients interests front and center, is for Jeremy the first priority in every Real Estate
Jeremy Smith serves as the Vice President of Mentorship at the Buckhead Business Association. His role involves facilitating connections between Buckhead Business Association members and the organization's Young Bucks members, aiming to nurture relationships and bolster professional development among members.
Jeremy is excited to have been selected as a Host of the Emmy-nominated TV show, The American Dream, which is syndicated on HGTV, Fox Cable, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire and Amazon Prime Video. It is not a reality show, but rather one that highlights the lifestyle, culture, people and real estate that make Atlanta and the surrounding areas such a great place to live and work!
